1. Digital Product Money-Back Guarantee
At Fortrell, we provide high-quality digital educational materials and business workflow documentation. Because our products are non-tangible, digital goods delivered electronically, they cannot be physically returned. Instead, every purchase is backed by a straightforward 14-day money-back guarantee.
Refunds are honored for requests submitted within 14 days of purchase. Requests may be declined only where a refund for the same product has been previously issued to the same customer, or where fraudulent activity is identified. If you request a refund within 14 days and it is your first request for that product, you will receive the refund.
2. VIP Membership Refunds
Your initial VIP membership charge of $39.99 is covered by the same 14-day money-back guarantee — refundable if requested within 14 days of the original subscription start date.
When you cancel, recurring billing stops at the end of your current 30-day billing period, and your membership remains active until then. Subsequent automatic renewals of $39.99 every 30 days are non-refundable; we do not issue partial-month or prorated refunds except where the request falls within the 14-day window from the original subscription start date.
Fortrell may issue courtesy reminder notifications prior to subscription renewal billing events.
3. Access Revocation
Upon the approval and processing of a refund for any standalone digital product or membership charge, your digital license and security permissions for that content will be immediately deactivated, and access to the VIP digital repository will be revoked.
4. Subscription Cancellation Protocols
You may cancel your Fortrell VIP Membership at any time with zero penalties or hidden fees. To ensure your payment method is not charged for the subsequent billing cycle, please submit your cancellation request prior to your next scheduled renewal date. Upon cancellation, your membership privileges will remain active until the conclusion of your current 30-day paid billing period, after which access will terminate automatically. You can cancel from your member area, via our cancellation page, or by contacting support.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Fortrell directly before initiating a payment dispute so that account activity and transaction records can be reviewed and resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and can result in suspension of access to purchased digital content during the investigation.
7. Billing Descriptor & Account Recognition
